Ricardo Domeneck is a poet, fictionist, essayist and performer, born in São Paulo, Brazil, in 1977. He has published 10 collections of poems and 2 of prose in Brazil and Portugal. He has performed in institutions such as Museu de Arte Moderna (Rio de Janeiro), Museo Experimental El Eco [Mexico City], Museo Reina Sofía [Madrid], La Sapienza [Rome] and Haus für Poesie [Berlin]. Collections of his poems in translation have been published in Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, and his 'Selected Poems' is forthcoming in the United States through World Poetry Books. He was one of the writers and artists to create billboard pieces for the Biennial of the Americas in Denver, Colorado, in 2013. In 2023, he was among writers who collaborated with Wolfgang Tillmanns on billboards for Haus der Kulturen der Welt in Berlin. His latest book in Brazil was awarded the 2 most important literary prizes in the country, the Prêmio Jabuti and Prêmio da Biblioteca Nacional. Ricardo Domeneck lives and works in Berlin, Germany.
Dr. Daniela Labra (Santiago de Chile) is an independent art curator, educator and writer. Graduated in Theater Theory with a PhD in Art History and Criticism about the Internationalization of Brazilian Art from 1940-2010. She works mainly with performance, political, Brazilian, and Latin American post-historical art. She has collaborated with publications and diverse institutions in Latin America and Europe since 2003. Daniela Labra has curated and co-curated exhibitions such as: Regina José Galindo, Primavera Democrática, Galeria Portas Vilaseca, Rio de Janeiro, 2025; Lygia Clark & Franz Erhard Walther, Handlung als Skulptur/ Action as Sculpture, FEW Villa, Fulda, DE;2023-24; Ana Mendieta Silhueta Em Fogo I terra abrecaminhos, SESC Pompéia, São Paulo, 2023; Frestas Triennial 2017, SESC Sorocaba, São Paulo, among many others. In 2020 she founded the online platform for contemporary arts and curatorial studies Zait, the first of a kind in Portuguese language. She lives and works between Berlin and Rio de Janeiro.
